Poisoned Mind Records was established in the summer of 2013. Our focus was to create a label without boundaries when it comes to music. 

Below, you may find some answers to your questions regarding how we operate.

Q: When is the pre-order?

A: We NEVER do pre-orders. Our records go up for sale when they are in hand and ready to ship. We find this is best for our customers and ourselves. It helps keep Poisoned Mind functioning the best way possible. 

Q: When will that album be released?

A: We announce a time and date for each release beforehand, giving ample time for you to prepare and mark the date down. The best way to keep up to date is through our Instagram and Facebook pages.

Q: When will my order ship?

A: 9 times out of 10 your order will ship out the following week after the album's release date. Expect your order to ship usually always in a weeks time no matter when you order a product from us. 

Q: What kind of record mailers do you use?

A: We use Mighty Mailers from bags unlimited, which are similar to whiplash mailers. 

Q: I didn't receive a tracking number

A: If you did not receive a tracking number, and wondering if your order shipped, please contact us and we will provide you with one if your order has shipped.

Q: My record arrived damaged what can you do?

A: All of our records are mailed using mighty mailers to protect your records the best way possible. We understand damages can occur and each situation may be different. You can contact us with any issues and we will do our best to accommodate you.
